Study On The Construction Of The Ideological System Of Urban-Rural Integration Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

At present,the main contradiction of our society has changed from ‘the contradiction between the people's increasing material and cultural needs and backward social production'to ‘the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development'.This shows that the level of social productivity in China has been significantly improved.At the same time,the transformation of this contradiction also reveals that the key problem to be solved in the next stage is the imbalance and insufficiency of development.The unbalanced and inadequate development mainly refers to the unbalanced and inadequate development of rural areas,agriculture and farmers in urban and rural development.The opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the establishment and improvement of urban-rural integration development system and policy system issued on April 15,2019 putforward that by 2022,the urban-rural integration development system and mechanism will be initially established.By 2035,the urbanrural integration development system and mechanism will be more perfect.By the middle of this century,the urban-rural integration development system and mechanism will be mature and finalized.And put forward from the specific aspects to promote the integration of urban and rural development.This paper studies from three aspects.First,the paper expounds the development thought of urban-rural integration of Marxism,the successful experience of the world's developed countries towards urban-rural integration,and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to show the importance of realizing the development of urban-rural integration.Second,clarify and analyze the current situation and problems of urban-rural integration development in China.Third,build a new era of socialist urban-rural inte gration development system with Chinese characteristics.This paper holds that the construction of the system of urban-rural integration of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the newera should start from three aspects: public elements,public resources and economic diversification.Marx and Engels put forward the concrete plan to realize the integration of urban and rural areas in the thoughts of urban and rural integration of the two countries.Lenin's thought of urban and rural integration elaborated on the main contents of the idea of urban and rural integration and the measures to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas;the measures to realize Mao Zedong's urban-rural integration thought,the successful experience of the developed countries in the integration of urban and rural areas,and Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era Thought.Starting from the current situation and problems of urban-rural integration in China,this paper aims to provide some experience and reference for the development of urban-rural integration of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and build a system that can realize the development of urbanrural integration.It is hoped that it will have some reference value for the faster and better realization of urban-rural integration development in China.
