“The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development ” pointed out,decent work is the key to sustainable development.Jinping Xi general secretary expressed in national labor model representative's discussion,we should “strive to make workers achieve decent work and allround development”.Civil servants are always regarded as decent for a long time,people hold beautiful expectations about this role,when the expectation and perception don't match,town civil servants' behavior will be affected to a certain degree.This paper tests the impact of decent work expectation-perception match on town civil servants' on-job behavior.This study takes 221 civil servants of 12 towns in J province as research survey objects.The results indicate that decent work expectation-perception match is related to withdrawal behavior,the higher the congruence between decent work expectation and perception was,the lower town civil servant's withdrawal behavior would be.Work estrangement can mediate this relationship.The higher the congruence between decent work expectation and perception was,the lower work estrangement would be,further,the lower withdrawal behavior would be.Decent work perception is related to positive behaviors,the higher the perception was,the higher town civil servant's positive behavior would be,and psychological meaningfulness can mediate this relationship.Moreover,the relationship between decent work expectation-perception match and work estrangement can be moderated by prosocial motivation and leader holding behaviors,the higher prosocial motivation and leader holding behaviors,the lower work estrangement.Finally,this study discusses the results and proposes related suggestions,including guide social expectation reasonably,improve the incentive mechanism,building positive relationships.
