Under the influence of the background that the whole society highly advocates "sustainable development","adhering to scientific development and building a harmonious society" is still the common development goal of human destiny in the current social background."People-oriented,scientific development" is still the development of today's society core part.How to make the public better and more decent in labor creation has become the main development goal of the government.Since 1999,the Director of the International Labour Organization,Somatic,first proposed the concept of "decent work",which has gradually been accepted and promoted by the public as a concept of confidence.As a concrete implementer of China's national affairs,the national civil servant enters the author's research observation horizon.As a representative of decent work,this group is naturally watched by the public.However,for the most special part of them-the civil servants who are about to retire,the investigation and research on whether this group fully promotes decent work is almost blank.This group has certain occupational specificity,and they are all in the middle and late stages of human development.The inherent characteristics of this group have become a huge challenge for the author to investigate and study.Based on this situation,the author refers to the research status of previous scholars,from the perspective of the objective reality of the retired civil servants,thoroughly investigates the physiological state and psychological state of the crowd before retirement,and analyzes the psychological and social adaptation problems.Reasons,combined with the identity and age characteristics of the group,put forward corresponding solutions.The research subject of this article is the temporary retired civil servant group.The questionnaire survey and interview are used to investigate and interview the temporary retired civil servant group.A series of problems are found and the corresponding solutions are given based on the group's own characteristics.Countermeasures.This research is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction.The author elaborated on the background and significance of this research,research methods,current and domestic research status and reviews,research innovations and shortcomings;Chapter 2 explores related concepts and theoretical support,and provides reliable theoretical support for this research.Firstly,the author defines concept of decent work in this study,the connotationand the core connotation,and once again defines the specific concept of the retired civil servants in detail.Finally,the related theories are summarized,elaborated,and summarized.The research lays a theoretical foundation;Chapter Three is a survey of the decent work situation of civil servants who are about to retire.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section is the questionnaire survey section,which provides a preliminary explanation and statistics of the respondents of the questionnaire;the second section is the detailed result statistics and analysis,based on physical health,mental health,and social adaptability The self-cognition and evaluation ability of the questionnaire has been elaborated on the survey results in four aspects;Chapter 4 is about the problems and reasons faced by the decent work of civil servants who are about to retire.Combined with the survey results of the questionnaire,the beginning of this chapter describes in detail the problems that arise when advancing the decent work of civil servants who are retired,and analyzes the reasons for such problems.The occupational and age characteristics of the crowd have proposed corresponding countermeasures from the three aspects of government system support,education and learning within the organization and individual self-improvement.The sixth chapter summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey and puts forward the corresponding conclusions.In a theoretical sense,this article proposes a plan and countermeasures to deal with the decent work problems of imminent retired civil servants from the investigation and study of imminent retired civil servants' internal psychology and self-cognition.In a practical sense,this article studies the family atmosphere,mental health and work performance of civil servants who are about to retire,and gives a certain degree of solutions so that civil servants can better understand themselves,liberate themselves and achieve themselves before they retire.This article has a certain degree of innovation.Through the investigation and research of the working status of civil servants who are retired in China,the analysis and solutions to the problems that arise when promoting decent work are analyzed,and some useful references are given to how to achieve decent work for civil servants who are retired.
