Research On The Innovation Of Social Governance Based On The Application Of Zhejiang Telecom Information Technology In 2012-2013

The 18 th National People’s Congress Party puts forward the information construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Informatization has occupied an important position in the process of social and economic development. Whether industrialization, urbanization or agricultural modernization depends on the development of information technology, especially the rapid development of information technology in recent years, and the latest information technologies are applied to all aspects of the society. Electronic government affairs, electronic commerce came into being, people’s daily life has had the earth shaking change. Of course, it couldn’t be ignored that the illegal or unreasonable use of information technology has resulted in some social problems with the rapid development of information technology. Under the wave of Globalization, China is in a critical period of political reform and social reform, and increasingly complex social problems highlight. Social conflicts are intertwined, innovation risk is also a problem to have to avoid. How to dialectically treat technology innovation and social development is our party’s problem to be solved in the innovation of social governance. Long ago, Marx had advocated the development of technology has a revolutionary role in social development. Technological development leads to the evolution of the social governance from junior to senior. Realizing the information of social governance has gradually become the focus of social governance in recent years. This article is to prove that in the process of the major strategic task of the innovation of social governance system, facing increasingly complex social problems, the information technology of rapid development is a more and more effective assistant in solving problems.The academic circles focus more on the analysis from the perspective of history and neglect the path choice of social governance from the micro analysis. So this paper is based on combining the practice of Zhejiang Telecom’s information technology with the government’s social governance innovation as the main research carrier, by 2012 to 2013, the objective and detailed vivid examples to show information technology the great role of the government of Zhejiang Province and city governments in promoting social management innovation. At the same time, we would like to further explore the prospective application of the information technology.
