With the continuous promotion and deepening of "Internet + government affairs" in China,applications such as government affairs microblog and WeChat have entered a mature stage,while government affairs APP is in an urgent need to further accurately position itself,improve service quality and expand user group.APP as mobile e-government in new form of the new era,the Internet should be in the service ability,outstanding service and content of "functional",with its excellent service ability is different from other new media platforms,and relying on the government to the universality and accuracy of the data repository advantage,provide the public with more efficient and more accurate e-government service.The government APP is essentially an extension of the government service,and only the government APP with strong service can hit the pain point of the public's demand.Therefore,in order to improve the current mobile government service capability,efforts must be made to improve the service capability of the government APP.This is of great practical significance for enhancing the digital governance level and intelligent level of the government and meeting the growing demand of the public for mobile services.Based on mobile e-government,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development status of government APP service in Shanghai,Chongqing,Guizhou and Zhejiang provinces.The evaluation system of government APP service force is constructed scientifically,and the comparative analysis and evaluation of government APP service force of four provinces and cities is made.Find out the problems and factors of the service power of the government APP,and finally provide ideas for the local government to build a one-stop government APP mainly serving the public,and also provide reference for the government to further improve the level of mobile government service.The research results of this paper show that there are many problems in the service ability of government apps,such as the quantity and quality of government apps,the poor platform interaction ability,the low degree of data integration,the lack of relevant service standards and long-term mechanism,which need to be solved urgently.Therefore,the service capability of government APP can be improved from the following aspects: first,strengthen the guidance of academic theories on the service capability construction of government APP;Second,realize the technical support of government APP professionals;Third,improve the government's own data governance capacity,pay attention to the third party cooperation,learning and use of the latest information,intelligent technology.Through the above means,the usability and practicability of government APP can be greatly enhanced,and the government mobile government service force can be extended to the public more efficiently.
