Township Grid Governance Optimization Path Researh

With the acceleration of urbanization,many problems are gradually emerging in the urban management.To improve the government effectiveness and enhance the governance and public service capacity,it is inevitable to pay more and more attention to the continuous exploration and innovation of urban management application.Grid governance,a product from the above-mentioned exploration,accordingly comes into being.However,the research and application of grid governance still concentrate on the urban communities instead of township.In order to solve the dilemma of social governance and to enhance the ablity of social governance,Daxue town which is the key town of Wencheng city aimed to explore innovation about social governance model.The successful grid governance applied to township is more difficult to govern.Therefore the thesis using literature research,questionnaire survey,interviewing and comparative research probes into the optimization of township grid governance.Firstly,to analyse the implementation status and effectiveness of gird governance.Then,to find out the problems during the progress with questionnaire survey.The problems may include weak self-government,poor pay,low level of participation,nonstandard management process,imperfect institutions,inefficient of grid.After that,to analyse the causes such as traditional and outdated management mode,luck of autonomy,deviation in orientation and rapid changes in information technology,and at the same time,to sum up the experience from other townships.Finally,to raise countermeasure and suggestions about optimizing gird governance in Daxue town.For instance,management mechanism improvement,assessment and reward system optimization,team construction strengthenment and participation mechanism improvement.This thesis aims to enrich existing academic achievements and enhancing Daxue Town's utilization level of grid governance.Meanwhile,this thesis puts forward practical measures of township grid governance,which will have certain reference meanings for other towns.
