Research On The Implementation Dilemma And Optimization Path Of Rural Grid Governance

With the rapid growth of my country's socio-economic level,many problems in social governance have gradually emerged.As the main body of social governance,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of its own services and provide the people with convenient and efficient public services,the government will inevitably continue to explore,innovate and improve the social governance model.Grid governance,as a new social governance method that has emerged in recent years,has received widespread attention and has begun to be piloted throughout the country.However,most of the current pilot projects are concentrated in urban communities,and theoretical research in academia often focuses on this,while ignoring rural areas.Under this situation,Wuxing Village in Chongzhou,as a rural pilot project of the smart governance system construction project for towns and streets in Chongzhou,has become very important for improving the government's social governance capabilities in rural areas and expanding the research scope of grid governance models.This article combines participatory governance,multi-center governance and other related theories,through questionnaire surveys,face-to-face interviews,etc.,to study the specific implementation and results of grid governance in Wuxing Village in Chongzhou.The current grid construction process of Wuxing Village The existing problems are analyzed,and they are mainly manifested in the following aspects: imperfect grid team construction,defects in grid staff authority settings,insufficient participation of multiple entities,unclear understanding of functional departments,and inadequate integration of information platforms.The reasons for these problems are analyzed,and the main points are as follows: the old governance model of the grassroots government,the insufficient capacity of village autonomy,the deviation of grid staff positioning,and the incomplete supervision and evaluation mechanism.In order to better solve these problems and improve the governance capabilities of the grassroots government,Wuxing Village in Chongzhou needs to strengthen grid construction through the leadership of party building,the government to lead the improvement of grid governance mechanism,strengthen grid team building and improve the participation mechanism of multiple subjects.It is hoped that this article can provide a certain reference for the improvement of the grid governance system in Wuxing Village,and at the same time provide a certain reference for the promotion and application of grid governance in other rural areas across the country.
