Research On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Rural Community Service For Elderly Under The Background Of Empty Nest

The rapid development of urbanization accompanied by a large number of young labor force from rural areas into the city,making the proportion of rural areas empty nest increased rapidly.At the same time,the weakening of family pension function and the unbalanced distribution of public services in urban and rural areas have led to the problems of age-supporting in rural areas become more and more seriously.the elderly population including a large number of empty nest elderly,lack of adequate resources in terms of economic conditions,life care,health care care,mental care etc.In view of this background,a quantitative study was conducted to select 203 elderly people in D village as the research object.On the basis of understanding that their economic situation,self-care ability,health status,mental condition,and further analysis of the demand situation such as life care,health care,mental care service and the influencing factors of various service.Focusing on the similarities and differences in the demand for all types of services in the elderly and non-empty nest elderly and the main factors affecting the service needs of rural elderly.Through the investigation,the elderly in rural areas have a more obvious need for the service of life care,health care and Spiritual care,especially for health care services.At the same time,empty-nest elderly people are more intense demand for life care services.In addition,empty nest and non-empty nest of the elderly needs of the project also has similarities and differences in different projects of various types of services.For the impact of service demand factors,age,economic status,physical health,whether empty nest,religious beliefs also have a certain impact on the demand for various types of services,but different types of service demand factors are not the same.Based on analysis of various service needs and its influencing factors,usingthe social support theory to mobilize the community resources to establish a diversified supply system,and combined with Maslow demand hierarchy theory to provide accurate community pension services.
