A Study On The Influence Of The Rights And Interests Of Flowing Places On The Willingness Of Floating Population To Continue Residence And Hukou Migration

Our country has a large floating population.According to the data of the national bureau of statistics,from 2011 to 2019,the floating population in China increased from 230 million to 236 million,an increase of 2.5 percentage points.The settlement of the migrant agricultural population is related to the process of urbanization in China,We must attach great importance to it.Studies have shown that individual factors,institutional factors,psychological factors,public services and other factors will have a significant impact on the decision-making of the floating population,so will the rights and interests of the floating population have an impact on the decision-making of the floating population? If so,what is the path of influence.Based on the health and family planning dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in China in 2017,this paper binary Logistic model to study whether the rights and interests of the floating population in the place of departure will have an impact on the floating population's intention to continue residence and household registration migration.The research found that the rights and interests of the place of departure will have a significant impact on the intention to continue residence and the intention to transfer household registration.Influence on the intention to continue to live: the floating population with the rights and interests in the place of migration is more willing to continue to live in the city,which constitutes a push for the residence decision of the floating population.For the population with rights and interests in the floating land,the more the contracted land quantity and collective dividend income,the higher the floating population's willingness to continue to live,homestead area will reduce the willingness to continue to reside..Effects of registered permanent residence migration will have water rights and interests of the floating population is more reluctant to registered permanent residence migration,pose a pull to settle decision-making but from the point of ownership,the more water rights ownership(which has the more the number of contracted land,the higher the income housing land area,)the higherthe registered permanent residence of the floating population migration intend,Collective dividend income in a higher range of household migration will constitute a pull.In order to solve the problem of separation of floating population,this paper gives the following Suggestions: Increase contracted land revenue;Improve the land transfer system and standardize the market operation mechanism;Face up to the role of rural homestead in the process of household registration migration of floating population;We will establish a comprehensive and fair public service system.
