The Socialist Logic Of The Modernization Of State Governance In Contemporary China

National governance has always been the main problem after the emergence of sovereign states.At the beginning of the formation of the country,the new regime needed to be stabilized.At that time,the management of the country could not be regarded as governance,but more as rule.Compared with governance,governance mostly adopts the means of centralization and control to safeguard the interests of the ruling class.Relying on the state force to maintain and consolidate the ruling status of the ruling class became the main value appeal at that time.With the development of The Times and social progress,the idea of governance began to rise,more and more countries began to pay attention to this new national concept,citizens' awareness of political participation began to be gradually awakened,and the replacement of national governance has become an inevitable trend of national development.As far as China is concerned,our country has also experienced the transformation from the state rule at the beginning of the founding of new China to the paradigm of state governance.The third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China proposed to take the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity as the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform,which reflects the importance and thinking of China's governance theory.Party and state leaders have also stressed the importance of modernizing national governance and have led the people in their explorations.The fourth plenary session of the 19 th CPC central committee stressed the significance of the modernization of China's national governance system and governance capacity,marking the necessity and urgency of promoting the modernization of national governance in the new era,as well as the new understanding and expectations of the party and the people on national governance.At present,there are many socialist countries in the world,but China is the most experienced country.Therefore,based on the basic national conditions of China's socialist development,this paper chooses to focus on the socialist logic of China's national governance modernization.In this paper,in combination with era background,understand the four confidence(that is,the road confidence,confidence,system theories and culture),on the basis of selection of roads,the theory and system of socialism,the essay discusses the logical,the self-confidence is the practice of the socialist country roads,the core of cultural logic embodied in the socialist core values,and core values throughout all aspects of the national governance,in the last chapter will be focused in this paper.Paper first of all,this research purpose and meaning,domestic and foreign research results,and the focus of this article has carried on the comb,then respectively expounds the theory of modernization of China's national governance system of logic,logic,and the concept and connotation of the practice logic,and combing the concept of governance in our country since the founding of new China as well as the evolution of the current governance in our country modernization logic;Finally,the author puts forward the path choice of promoting the modernization of national governance from the two aspects of promoting the modernization of national governance system and national governance capability.By sorting out the connotation of national governance and its development context,and combining China's national conditions,we can find out the socialist logic behind its development and make it continue to promote the further development of China's modernization of national governance.This paper expounds the reasons for the state governance from the perspective of socialist logic,and demonstrates the historical necessity of promoting the modernization of state governance system and capacity from the perspective of socialist theory,system and practice.This paper probes into the socialist logic behind the modernization of national governance in China and analyzes the feasibility of how to better promote the modernization of national governance under the socialist logic.
