Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Smart Elderly Care Services In Shanghai

Shanghai was the first city to enter the aging of population in 1979 and the current population development is gradually showing the obvious characteristics of "deep aging,aging,empty-nest and multi-disease".The contradiction between social supply and demand of old-age service resources in quality and quantity is more and more prominent.In order to cope with the severe situation of old-age care,Shanghai is stepping up the construction of intelligent old-age care.Although it has achieved initial success,but also gradually exposes some problems.In order to effectively solve these problems and promote the development of intelligent elderly services,this paper makes full use of maslow's hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism theory,shared economic theory and combines with literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods.Then it analyzes present development situation of Shanghai wisdom endowment service in the aspects of the wisdom of endowment service policy,practice,supply mode,construction experience.At the same time,it reveals the existing problems and gives the targeted analysis.In addition,on the basis of the wisdom of endowment successful cases inside and outside the country,this paper puts forward Shanghai wisdom endowment service development strategy and safeguard measures,such as strengthening the top-level design of wisdom endowment service,increasing investment in science and technology research,fully excavate endowment big data to improve service initiative and precision and so on.What's more,in order to guarantee the sustainable development of Shanghai wisdom endowment service,this paper comes up with improving the quality supervision and management system of intelligent elderly service,strengthening the construction of network information security,formulating effective access and exit mechanism and credit system of service institutions,improving relevant policy,law and standard system in the aspects of policy,supervision and safety.
