On the one hand,the grass-roots government has no advantage in the hot civil service examination because of the harsh conditions and harsh environment.Some grass-roots law enforcement posts are not even registered for the examination.They are facing the dilemma of inviting no one,On the other hand,some newly recruited civil servants find that the gap between reality and ideal is too big.After reaching the required service life,they try their best to leave the grass-roots units even when the service life is not full,and they are facing an embarrassing situation that can not be retained.This phenomenon has affected the stability of the civil service and the operation of grass-roots organs.At present,it is an important issue for the grass-roots government and civil service management departments to know the intention of new recruited civil servants to leave their jobs,grasp their ideological trends,strengthen the management of grass-roots government,stimulate the enthusiasm of new recruited civil servants,and reduce the turnover rate of new recruited civil servants.This paper takes the newly recruited civil servants as the research object and sets the scope of the study as the newly recruited civil servants in Suixian County of Hubei Province after the establishment of the county.Based on the maturity scale of turnover intention at home and abroad,the research improves the relevant variables through interviews,Design out?Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Quitting Intention of Newly Recruited Civil Servants in Suixian County?,120 questionnaires were distributed to newly recruited civil servants in Suixian County,and 114 objective basic samples were obtained,with a recovery rate of 95%.Data analysis was carried out by SPSS17.0 data statistics software,and the following findings were obtained:(1)The turnover intention of newly recruited civil servants at grass-roots level is significantly correlated with job satisfaction,salary satisfaction,job stress,interpersonal relationship and fairness of distribution.Among them,job satisfaction,salary satisfaction,interpersonal relationship,fairness of distribution are negatively correlated with turnover intention,while job stress is positively correlated with turnover intention.(2)The demographic variables such as age,educational background,working years and other basic information have no significant impact on the turnover intention of newly recruited civil servants in Suixian County.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the turnover tendency of newly recruited civil servants in Suixian County,which can provide decision-making reference for government human resources management.
