In recent years,with the deepening of the tax system and the deepening of the national reform,the turnover intention of the young civil servants in the tax bureau is deepening day by day,among which the turnover intention of the young civil servants in the county-level tax bureau has become a key factor affecting the stability of the staff in the grass-roots county-level tax bureau.For a long time,the turnover intention of young civil servants at the county level has been a topic of concern for scholars at home and abroad.However,the influencing factors of turnover intention of young civil servants at the county level are slightly different from those of young civil servants at the county level in other public administration departments because of their own work content and characteristics,To find out the influencing factors of turnover intention of young civil servants in county-level tax bureau,and provide practical help to reduce the turnover intention of young civil servants in county-level tax bureau.This paper takes the young civil servants of the county-level Taxation Bureau of Q city as the research object,discusses the actual situation of the turnover intention of the young civil servants of the county-level Taxation Bureau of Q City,excavates the influencing factors of the turnover intention,and provides some theoretical and practical significance for reducing the turnover intention of the young civil servants of the county-level Taxation Bureau of Q city.First of all,by sorting out the historical literature,referring to the existing job burnout scale,combining with the on-site interview of young civil servants in county-level Taxation Bureau of Q City,the questionnaire on Influencing Factors of turnover intention of county-level Taxation Bureau of Q city was developed.After being corrected by experts,the measured questionnaire was obtained.The data were collected by paper questionnaire and online questionnaire,and processed by correlation analysis and regression analysis Data,from the economic factors,organizational factors,psychological factors,personal factors and social environment factors five aspects of statistical analysis of variance results,according to the results put forward countermeasures to reduce the turnover intention of young civil servants in Q city county tax bureau.
