An Analysis Of New Media Government Regulation In Shaoyang City

With the development of science and technology,people's life has undergone great changes,and new media has emerged as The Times require.The birth of new media has changed the traditional way of information dissemination.With its huge transmission power and influence,it has brought great changes to people's lives and plays an increasingly important role in modern life.Shaoyang city as the first population of hunan province,has a wide application of the new media and audience,in the process of development is bound to produce all sorts of problems,such as information chaos,true and false difficult points,the lack of order,privacy issues emerge in endlessly,and the resulting flow of government regulatory issues are also increasingly prominent,don't try to solve,these problems will create more problems,therefore,the new media solutions of the problem of government regulation is imminent.This paper will focus on the government regulation of new media,find a way to promote the orderly and benign development of new media in shaoyang city,and promote the healthy development of new media.This paper mainly through the shaoyang government related department and statistical data,combined with other resources,using the method of literature research,comparative analysis,social investigation,case analysis,through to the shaoyang city study and summarize the current situation of the development of new media,analyzing the problems of the shaoyang government regulation in new media,find the problem,and then analysis the causes of these problems,and to evaluate the use of public management knowledge,finally put forward the corresponding solutions and Suggestions.Through investigation and research,it is found that shaoyang municipal government has some problems in new media supervision,such as poor supervision effect,low supervision efficiency and lack of good legal environment.Therefore,this paper tries to put forward Suggestions from the following three aspects: first,to strengthen the guarantee for the government regulation of new media in terms of system,system and technology;Second,the integration of regulatory resources,strengthen the introduction of talent,the use of the power of the audience,the introduction of third-party regulatory forces;Third,we should improve laws and regulations,make breakthroughs in strengthening the legal restraint and guidance for new media users,strengthening the legal restraint and guidance for new media audiences,and strengthening the legal restraint and guidance for new media industry.
