Design And Implementation Of Public Security Case Management System Based On Workflow Engine Plications

In the modern society with the rapid development of information technology,people's access to information and the increase in the quantity of information can improve the level of office automation in various departments,bring higher work efficiency to enterprises and institutions,and achieve efficient and stable management.At the same time,it provides the criminals with advanced technology and diversified opportunities,which leads to the frequent occurrence of all kinds of cases,and the public security department is faced with a severe working environment,and the intensity of work increases.At present,the application of the public security case management system by the government is not very popular.There are still some problems in the existing public security case handling system used by the local governments,such as 1,most of the functions are not perfect,2.The government has some problems.There will be cross-business between departments,even in the same department,which makes the situation of playing football exist.Therefore,it is very important to develop a complete system that makes the functions and responsibilities of each department clear.This paper mainly designs and implements a set of public security case management system based on workflow engine.This paper uses B/S architecture,MVC development mode,SSH development architecture and workflow technology to design the system.Based on the development system of workflow engine,the task assignment model based on organization model is adopted in the workflow design,and the process mode of WFMC is adopted.This model can define all cases in public security cases as a workflow template.The whole system workflow engine can use the defined templates related to the case at any time.At the same time,XML grid will be used to define the templates related to these cases.Forms are standard,so these templates can be supported by the XML protocol,and they can be instantiated through XML and can be rendered in the form of code.After completing the design of workflow engine,this paper designs and implements each functional module of the system,and the system development language uses java.The overall structure and design of the case management information system mainly includes the running structure of the system,the utility of each internal function and the storage database.Finally,the system is tested.This part briefly combs the overall operation of thesystem,mainly introduces the external environment and internal operation of the system.Functional modules.The realization of the functions of each internal module mainly focuses on recording the basic information of the customers using the system and the processing of all kinds of case information data.This paper designs and implements a public security case management system based on workflow engine.After completing the development of the system,this paper tests the system.The test results show that the system has a very perfect case processing function.Can fully realize the paper operation of case management,and the system has a very clear job responsibilities,will not allow each post to produce business conflicts.The system has very good practical significance in dealing with public security cases.
