Research On Home Care Service Based On Government Purchase

With the increasing number of elderly in China,the aging degree is also deepening,and the pension pressure of all cities in the country is also increasing.As we know,in our country,since ancient times,there is a concept of "raising children to prevent the old",and in recent years,with the continuing higher cost of pension institutions,most of the elderly people are still willing to choose the way of "home for the aged" in their late years.With the progress of the society,the promotion of science and technology as well as the psychological and physiological changes of the elderly,the way of "home care" not only puts forward some requirements for the health care,old-age security and social service in our country,but also needs to provide more rich service content for the home care system.This puts forward more requirements for home care services nowadays.At present,the demand for old-age service is wide,and the heterogeneity is very strong.It is divided into four types: daily care demand,medical care demand,spiritual comfort demand and social participation demand.In this paper,the main content of the study is to buy home old-age service for the government,taking Songjiang District in Shanghai as an example.Through the analysis of the theoretical research reality,the basic status and some achievements of the Shanghai Songjiang government to buy home old-age service are understood andthe problems existing in it are found and analyzed,and the community has been compared to the community in China.On the basis of the experience of the achievements of the old-age service,and on the basis of the more mature and successful cases abroad in the home care service,the relative reasonable countermeasures are put forward to improve the government's purchase of home old-age service.
