At present,the lag in the construction of China’s corporate credit system restricts the develo pment of Chinese enterprises to a certain extent.With the emphasis on social credit managemen t by the Communist Party of China(party)and the government,the construction of the social cred it system has risen to the national strategic level,and corporate credit has become an important p art of it,and it has also received more attention from the society.In recent years,many scholars h ave studied the construction of credit systems at home and abroad from the aspects of governme nt responsibility,legal supervision system,credit infrastructure,etc..Through the analysis of dom estic and foreign models,they can apply their reference to the undergoing construction of enterp rise credit information sharing platform.The government plays a role of guiding,coordinating and serving functional departments in t he construction of corporate credit information sharing platforms.Therefore,it is crucial to study the government’s responsibility in platform construction.Combined with the construction exampl e of enterprise credit information sharing platform in Fenghua District of Ningbo City,this paper a nalyzes and discusses the government responsibility with in the government-led enterprise credit information sharing platform,analyzes the problems that have already occurred in the current sh aring platform,and through research on strengthens the government credibility construction,fulf ills government’s responsibility for coordinating services and supervisory responsibilities,establish es and improves corporate credit-related laws and regulations,hopefully this paper helps the gov ernment to more effectively and scientifically manage corporate credit information sharing platfo rms and provide reference for relevant departments.
