The Exploration Of Government Management Of Enterprise Credit Information Resources

With the advancement of the registration system reform,the reduction of the entry barrier of market has brought unprecedented opportunities to mass entrepreneurship and innovation.With the number of market players obviously increases,our nation has clearly proposed to build a new regulatory system based oninformation collection and sharing.As the management level and efficiency of enterprise information resources in government departments decide the administrative performance,it is of important practical significance to actively explore thethe management of enterprise credit information resources management in government departments.Based on enterprise information resources and enterprise information resources sharingand other related concepts,the article has summarized relevant basic theories,and rationally analyzed the current managementsituation of enterprise information resources in Wuxi municipal government departments mainly by taking the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity Platform and “Credit Wuxi” Platform as examples.The progress and existing problems in information resources management and database system construction of our nation were analyzed.While the government information resource management started earlier in some external developed countries,which has experienced tested by practice.By drawing lessons from the information resources management models and relevant experience of foreign government departments,the reference for strengthening the construction of enterprise information resources management in China's government departments was concluded in this paper.The mechanism to build China's enterprise information resource management was proposed,which includes a explicit and unified enterprise information resource management platform,unified enterprise information collection standards,economic incentive mechanisms and a unified information security system.
