The Innovative Study On The Social Governance Of Chuzhou

Nowadays,the society is in a period of rapid transformation.Various ideological trends are permeating each other and all kinds of contradictions are overlapping and stirring,which put forward new and higher requirements for social governance.In recent years,Chuzhou has taken the goal of building a modern new Chuzhou and actively explored the path of social governance with local characteristics.It has achieved many innovative achievements in safeguarding and improving the livelihood of people,comprehensively administering the city by law,comprehensively controlling the society and building a safe and sound society,and has constantly improved the modernization level of the social governance system and governance capability in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,because of the complexity of social system and the diversification of social needs,contradictions in the social governance still remains widespread.The main problems in the social governance of Chuzhou are the lag of governance concept,the slow of civil society cultivation,the lack of governance evaluation mechanism and the backward of common service level.Therefore,under the guidance of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,especially the important though of strengthening and innovating social governance,it is of great significance to research and discuss innovative path of strengthening social governance in Chuzhou based on the existing practical basis of social governance in Chuzhou and by making reference to useful experience in others places at home and abroad.Based on summarizing and sorting out the historical process and experience of social governance in Chuzhou,the paper deeply analyzes current social governance situation,exiting problems and deep-level reason of problems,and then positively explores and innovates new concept and measures of social governance from four aspects such as constructing a social governance pattern of joint construction and sharing by the whole people,innovating interest expression,interest coordination and interest protection mechanism,innovating government governance,social regulation and fine interaction mechanism of residents autonomy,and innovating construction of social governance infrastructure system,and puts forward twelve detailed path suggestions on strengthening social governance and innovation in Chuzhou.
