The rural elderly living alone is a social vulnerable group,compared with other elderly groups,their loneliness experience is strong.With the rapid development of the aging population in China,the Chinese government has issued a series of laws,regulations and policies to solve the problem of old-age care for the elderly,emphasizing the need to strengthen rural old-age services and actively provide old-age services for the elderly living alone in rural areas.Relying on the strength of social workers to provide psychological care and spiritual care for the elderly.Under the trend of population mobility and the shrinking scale of family network,the traditional mode of family support for the elderly has been impacted.The elderly living alone in rural areas need to face the situation of weakened family support and imperfect social security system.Risks such as daily care,spiritual solace and economic need are more likely to be lonely,helpless and long-term lonely in the process.Therefore,it is an important issue to intervene the loneliness relief of the old people living alone in rural areas.Based on this background,this paper takes the elderly living alone in G village as the service object,and studies the subject by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through the investigation and research,it is found that the loneliness degree of the old people living alone in rural areas is generally on the high side,and the main reasons for the loneliness are as follows: the physical function of the elderly is decreased,interpersonal communication is narrow,the support of important partners is lost,and the emotional support of children is insufficient.Community infrastructure is not perfect,the form of cultural activities is single.Further analysis shows that the needs of the elderly living alone in rural areas to alleviate loneliness are mainly: improving self-cognition,catharsis of negative emotions,increasing the enthusiasm of social participation,increasing social support and enriching entertainment.Life.Based on the cause and the needs diagnosis,this study,under the guidance of the social support theory,intervenes the problem of the elderly people living alone from the individual level,the family level and the community level,and the intervention strategies mainly include the individual-level case tutoring and the construction of the peer support network;The family dimension increases the frequency of contact with the children;community-level community activities,community advocacy and advocacy.The study found that the intervention strategy of the problem of loneliness of the old people living alone in the rural areas is to alleviate the sense of loneliness of the old people living alone,to expand the interpersonal communication of the old people living alone,to improve the social participation of the elderly living alone,to increase the frequency of contact between the children and the elderly,and to create an old and old man.Love for the elderly community atmosphere is able to achieve some results.Based on the reflection on the intervention process,the researchers believe that we should integrate community resources and establish a long-term mechanism to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly living alone.Comprehensive use of social work methods to enhance the influence of social work services,in order to effectively alleviate the loneliness of the elderly living alone in rural areas.
