In the context of China's entry into an aging society and the increasing psychological loneliness of the elderly,we are committed to the involvement and research of the loneliness of widowed women in rural areas.In this study,the widowed female elderly in Y village of Shaanxi Province was investigated.After understanding the basic situation of Y village,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic situation,formal support system and informal support system of nine elderly people in Y village.And the measurement of the degree of loneliness.The results show that the elderly in this group of Y villages have a strong sense of loneliness and need social work intervention.Based on the analysis of the survey data and interview data,combined with the needs assessment results and the willingness of the survey participants to determine the subject,intervention goals and programs of the actual intervention.Subsequently,the case-based narrative treatment model was intervened to intervene in the loneliness of the client under the guidance of narrative treatment,social support,family life cycle and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.In the process of intervention,through interviews and dialogues to understand the life course of the client,the cause of loneliness,and deconstruction,separate the"person"from the "problem",and externalize the "problem" of the case into a solitary"Imperial sensation",worried about the"abandonment"that is useless.The latter is the key to the involvement of casework.In response to the "abandonment" of the client,the workers intervened in the rewriting of contradictory events in parent-child relationship and grandparents,deconstructing bad perceptions and reconstructing life stories;Support for the establishment of support and life skills training.The conclusion of the study:the loneliness of the client is significantly reduced,and the intervention of social work has achieved certain results.At the same time,in the practical intervention,we also try to explore a set of models,that is,guided by narrative therapy and social support theory,relying on the family life cycle and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and rewriting the case to the main cognitive story.On the basis of strengthening the social support of the client,the case will be taught and the development of its own abilities will be promoted.In the study of reflections and suggestions,the author believes that the practice of rural widowhood women's loneliness needs to adhere to the"people in the environment";establish social connections;cultivate hobbies;establish a concept of old-age care guided by the family life cycle.At the same time,the development of rural pension in China in the future should pay attention to the role of grassroots communities and strengthen the guidance of national policies.
