| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi at its core has made the building of party conduct,clean government and the fight against corruption an important part of comprehensively enforcing strict party discipline.It has proposed a series of new ideas and strategies,which have greatly promoted comprehensiveness.From the strict administration of the party to the development in depth,the party style and political style have been shaken.At the same time,with the promulgation of a series of laws and regulations,and the development of social undertakings gradually entering the period of tackling and transition,for the public service group,the political ecology and social environment have formed a kind of restraining efforts and the work tasks constantly increasing new situation.The grassroots group of public officials is a huge part of the bottom of the pyramid of public officials in China.It is the main undertaker of public utilities at county level and below in China.It is at the key link of the upper and lower levels,and is rooted in the masses and supports the decision-making level.However,this group has been plagued by occupational burnout in recent years,which directly affects the work efficiency and quality of grassroots state organs and social autonomous organizations,as well as the implementation quality of decisions and arrangements made by party committees and governments at the grassroots level.This paper takes the party since the eighteenth big domestic as the research background of the new situation,the civil servants at the grass-roots level in Z city as the research object,the job burnout are reviewed in this paper.On the basis of summarizing the related theories of burnout,it uses the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to adopt Li.It was concluded that there was a serious burnout phenomenon in the grassroots public officials in Z City.Then it analyzes the causes of job burnout of grassroots public officials from the perspectives of political and regulatory environment,work support,social support and personal qualities,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for mitigation and intervention.The main research conclusions of this paper include :(1)the average level of job burnout of grassroots public servants in Z city is 3.42,which is higher than the median value of 36.8%.In general,serious job burnout occurs.Among them,the level of job burnout is most serious for grassroots public servants whose working years are 10-20 years and working hours are over 60 hours per week.(2)Z city public servants at the grass-roots level in job burnout in three dimensions,the severity of the job burnout level in emotional exhaustion,to personalize the mean two dimensions of its dimension ratio were 70.24%,62.87% of the total score,characterized by high burnout,the professional performance of the dimension of its dimension scores proportion is 29.4%,characterized by low degree of burnout;(3)the age,administrative level,education level,working years,working hours per week,income satisfaction,work pressure and other variables of grassroots public servants in Z city have a significant impact on the degree of job burnout;(4)the causes of job burnout of grassroots public servants in Z city are various,including more and more strict management constraints,heavier and heavier work tasks,imperfect incentive mechanism,and personal problems.(5)it is suggested to prevent and alleviate the occupational burnout of grassroots public servants from the level of organizational environment,social support and personal quality. |
