Analysis On The Influencing Factors And Demands Of Rural Women's Professionalization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Driven by rural development and rural revitalization strategies,strengthening and promoting the professionalization of rural women is an important task.Professionalization plays an important role in improving the quality of rural women and ensuring poverty alleviation.This thesis studied the professionalization of rural women,analyzed the problems faced by rural women's professionalization,and proposed countermeasures,which is a research topic that adapts to the development of the times.This study focused on the background of the topic selection and introduced the issue of the professionalization of rural women in China.It then elaborated on the purpose and significance of the research on professionalization and pointed out the difficulties and research ideas and methods faced in this study.This study took rural women as the main research object.Based on the data of the questionnaires of rural women in Meizhou,one of the five mountainous cities in Guangdong Province,this thesis analyzes the status quo,needs,mechanism guarantee and development path of rural women's professionalization.It reflected a series of problems in developing rural women's professionalization in China,including traditional concepts,urban-rural dual structure,local protection policies,and women's own quality that obstruct the professionalization of rural women.The main methods of analysis are as follows.(1)Using SPSS software to organize and statistically analyze the real and accurate statistical data.Through the establishment of the logistics regression model,the preliminary screening of the influencing factors involved in the questionnaire design is based on the logistics regression analysis.From three different levels of personal quality,family situation and institutional environment,the decision-making tree model of influencing factors was constructed for the influencing factors,to determine whether these factors have positive or negative impact on the professionalization of rural women,and the degree of influence is different.To examine how the factors interact with each other,this study analyzed the internal relationship between the variables,and finally drew the main factors affecting the professionalization of rural women,and analyzed the correlation between the various influencing factors.(2)Through design and implementation of rural K-means clustering model of professional education needs to explore the commonalities behind the different needs of professional education.Meanwhile,the rural women with similar professional training needs are taught in a combination of courses,which makes these courses more operational and further promotes the rural areas in actual combat Women's professionalization and level.To solve the problem of the professionalization of rural women requires the joint efforts of all parties in the society,as it is a complex system.This thesis analyzed and summarized the professional approaches from the three aspects of the overall thinking,mechanism guarantee and development path of rural women's professionalization.It mainly aimed to promote the technical skills of rural women by promoting government guidance and market promotion.Employment socialization,institutionalization,and professionalization have proposed some specific paths to provide practical assistance for the professionalization of rural women.
