| At present,there are frequent occurrences of "hot spots" in various regions around the world,constant terrorism,and the widening gap between the rich and the poor between countries and regions.In order to cope with such global problems,China is guided by the principle of "a community with a shared future for mankind.",Advocating the construction of a new international cooperation platform.Therefore,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2013.However,since the beginning of the "Belt and Road" initiative,it has been criticized and criticized by the Western media.The initiative has been labeled as "China will challenge existing international rules" and other negatives.The label has also been questioned by many countries.However,in the process of promoting the "Belt and Road" initiative to cooperate with countries along the route,China has always adhered to the principle of win-win cooperation and mutual benefit,and actively shared development experience with countries along the route and created a new model of win-win cooperation.It has been widely recognized and supported by countries along the Eurasian continent.In line with the Confucian "benevolence" thinking,the "One Belt One Road" initiative is intended to benefit more countries and people,and to provide new development opportunities for the Eurasian continent and the world.Therefore,with the sound advancement of the “Belt and Road” initiative,more and more countries and regions have changed their past prejudices and have begun to actively respond.In particular,countries in Northeast Asia are also actively exploring policy coordination and cooperation between countries and regions.In order to reduce the restrictions on cooperation from historical issues and Northeast Asian security and other factors,China needs to strengthen political mutual trust with countries in the region,promote economic and cultural communication,and on the premise of not violating the wishes of countries and not affecting national interests.Start cooperation under.As a neighbor of China,South Korea is also a country on the Korean Peninsula.It has a very important strategic position in Northeast Asia and is willing to actively cooperate with the "Belt and Road" initiative.After taking office as President,Moon Jae-in proposed to implement the "New Northern Policy" during his visit to Russia.The difference from the "Northern Policy" during the pre-presidential period is that he avoided and improved the obstacles in the implementation process.The core of this policy is the "Nine Bridges Strategic Plan",and its main cooperation target is the Russian Far East.In terms of specific cooperation content,there is a wide overlap with the current "Belt and Road Initiative" cooperation in the Russian Far East.The cooperation between China and South Korea on the initiative is conducive to improving the bilateral cooperative relations between the two countries on the one hand,and on the other hand to alleviating the tension on the Korean Peninsula and the security issues in Northeast Asia.This article focuses on the “Belt and Road” initiative,analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the policy coordination between China and South Korea,and puts forward recommendations.The main text is divided into four parts.The first part mainly discusses the necessity of the policy docking between the two countries.The second part mainly elaborates on the status quo and possibility of the docking between the “Belt and Road” initiative and the “Nine Bridges Strategy”.The meaning is explained.The third part focuses on the analysis of the difficulties and obstacles that may be encountered when the "Belt and Road" initiative is connected with the "Nine Bridges Strategy".Affected by the Northeast Asian regional security and the Korean Peninsula issue,the two will not be smooth sailing during the docking process.The article analyzes the political,economic,and peripheral security aspects.The fourth part studies the countermeasures and suggestions that can be taken when the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "Nine Bridges Strategy" are faced with challenges,mainly from the aspects of strengthening bilateral relations,stabilizing multilateral relations,strengthening financial cooperation,and stabilizing peripheral security. |
