Study On The Evaluation Of The Coordination Of The Central Yunnan City Group

Since the 20 th century,with the rapid development of economic globalization,cities have played an increasingly important role in human production and life.The rapid development of modern transportation and information technology has greatly shortened the space-time distance between cities,contributed to the rapid development of cities in China,and rapidly expanded urban space.In order to further expand the scale of urban development,the direction of urban development is no longer limited to its own urban development,but gradually formed with the surrounding urban resources sharing situation,initially formed a number of economic ties,with a certain economic scale of urban groups.The central Yunnan city group is based on Kunming as the core city,covering Qujing,Yuxi,Chuxiong and Honghe a total of five states and cities.The central Yunnan city group not only coordinates the rapid development of Kunming,Qujing,Yuxi,Chuxiong and Honghe economy,but also drives and radiates Yunnan province,connects the economic hub of Southeast Asia and South Asia,participates in international competition and international division of labor,and is highly valued by the state and Yunnan provincial governments.Although Yunnan Province has received wide attention from international and government in recent years,economic development is still relatively backward.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of urban clusters in the central Yunnan city group to improve the overall development of the central Yunnan city group.The theory of coordinated development provides a theoretical basis for constructing coupling and coupling coordination models.Through the analysis of the current situation of urban cluster development in central Yunnan city group,this paper reveals the problems of the development of urban groups,and constructs the associated index system according to the existing problems.Based on the specific situation of the central Yunnan city group,this paper constructs the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,and evaluates the coordinated development of Kunming,the core city of the central Yunnan city group,and the other four statesrespectively,by using the time series data,to obtain the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree.In this paper,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each index,and according to the comprehensive score,the comprehensive development level of the five states of the central Yunnan city group is compared.The weight analysis method is used to analyze the factors affecting the coordinated development of the central Yunnan city group,and sort them,and to explore the deep reasons that affect the coordinated development of the central Yunnan city group according to the sorting results,and put forward corresponding and reasonable policy suggestions for them.The full text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,the second chapter is the relevant theoretical research,the third chapter is the basic situation and problems of the development of the central Yunnan city group,the fourth chapter is the evaluation of the coordination of the central Yunnan city group,the fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations,and the sixth chapter is the research deficiency and prospect.The first two chapters provide the theoretical basis of this paper,the third chapter discusses the present situation and problems,the fourth chapter is empirical analysis,the last two chapters are the summary of this paper,policy recommendations and research prospects.In this paper,the time series data of the central Yunnan city group 2008-2017 are selected,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each indicator,and then uses the coupling degree model and coordination degree model to obtain the coupling degree and coordination degree among the four subsystems of the central Yunnan city group.Finally,according to the method of sorting the weights,the factors that affect coordination are obtained and the reasons are analyzed.The main conclusion is drawn: the coupling degree of five cities of the central Yunnan city group is at a high-level coupling stage.This stage has a long duration and has been improving.It can be seen that there is still room for optimization of the coupling degree.The coordination between the various subsystems of five cities has improved from a mild imbalance in 2008 to a high-quality coordination in 2017,and there is a continuous improvement trend.Use weight analysis methods to analyze andrank factors that affect coordination.The main influencing factors are the total industrial output value,the per capita local general public budget income,the per capita disposable income of urban residents,the per capita GDP,the number of private vehicles,the number of doctors per 1,000 people,the population density,the number of public libraries,and the average university The number of students,the number of full-time teachers in ordinary universities,the green coverage rate of built-up areas,the urban sewage treatment rate,and the per capita park green space.And further explore the reasons affecting coordination,including income consumption level,economic development level,education level,public service infrastructure configuration,and put forward reasonable policy recommendations based on the reasons affecting coordination.We will optimize the industrial structure of the central region,give full play to the radiation-driven role of Kunming,the core city of the provincial capital,and focus on the development of the construction of satellite cities around Kunming and the construction of industrial parks,as such as the development of complementary industries.While optimizing the industrial structure,we should speed up the construction of small and medium-sized cities with regional significance,reasonably expand the scale of cities and industrial scale,develop counties and small towns,absorb rural labor force nearby,provide more employment opportunities,and thus promote the increase of rural residents' net income and increase consumption capacity,thus forming a new growth pole and growth point.In the coordinated development,we should pay attention to the investment in education,the government should fully implement free compulsory education.In the full implementation of free compulsory education at the same time in view of the differences in educational needs,such as vocational education and special education,so that the way of education and educational content can be diversified development.In addition,we should increase the financial expenditure on medical security and social security,and eliminate a series of differential policies attached to the household registration system and improve the integration of medical services in urban and rural areas.The government should strengthen investment in infrastructure to reduce costs,including highway,railway,port and other transportation facilities,to open thepassage between the county,but also pay attention to sewage,drainage,natural gas,fuel and other environmental governance and energy infrastructure.
