Study On Party Construction Of Urban Communities In The New Era

The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the choice of history and the people.At the 19 th National Congress of the Party,President Xi Jinping solemnly declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The arrival of the new era means that the leadership of the Communist Party of China has ushered in more development opportunities,but also brought a series of new challenges.The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the essential characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new social situation,all aspects of our society are undergoing earth-shaking changes,especially It is the transformation of urban structure.With the continuous promotion and deepening of China's reform cause,people's demand for urban construction is also increasing day by day.As the micro organization of a country,the governance situation of urban community reflects the modern governance ability of the country and has an important influence on the improvement of the national governance system.As the smallest unit to guide the urban construction,the community party organization must keep up with the pace of the times and make the urban community party building work more in line with the development needs of our society.By using the methods of literature and case analysis,this paper takes the Y community in Wuhua District of Kunming City as an example to analyze the experiences and practices of the Y community in Wuhua District of Kunming City in the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations,to deeply study the problems existing in the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations in Kunming City.It is concluded that the new era of urban community party building has many problems,such as backward political construction,weak organizational construction,weak sense of serving the masses,low quality of community party organization cadres,and serious administrative phenomenon of community party work.The causes are clearly analyzed from five aspects: theunderstanding of leading cadres,the structure of community party members,the ideals and beliefs of party members,and the definition of the functions of community party building.According to the basic requirements of the new era of urban community party building,feasible suggestions are put forward for promoting the new era of urban community service party building from six aspects: political construction,organizational construction,style construction,discipline construction,ideological construction,and system construction.Through research,the following conclusions can be drawn: in the new era,facing the changing new situation and new challenges,the construction of urban community party organizations needs to firmly grasp the requirements of the new era of urban community party construction,based on the actual conditions of urban communities,focus on political construction,carry out in-depth organizational construction,comprehensively rectify the style of work construction,always firmly grasp discipline construction,firmly push forward ideological construction,strictly carry out system construction,continuously improve ideological and political consciousness,adjust and optimize the methods and methods of party organization construction,strengthen party members' ideals and beliefs,and actively explore new models of urban community party construction,so as to better adapt to the development requirements of the new era of urban communities.
