Study On Participating In Poverty Governance Of The Smiling Walking Volunteer Association In Mengla County Yunnan Province

Strengthening and innovating social governance is one of the important me asures to comprehensively deepen reform since the Third Plenary Session of th e 18 th Central Committee.On the basis of the report of the 19 th National Co ngress of the Communist Party of China,from the six aspects of the guiding i deology,basic structure,level of development,institutions,strategic goals,and i nstitutional tasks,it made a more systematic plan for strengthening and innovat ing social governance and formed a comprehensive deepening.The systemic pe rspective and relatively complete ideological system of social governance moder nization under the overall framework of reform.With the process of strengthen ing and innovating the social governance system,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly stated that to resolutely win the figh t against poverty and consolidate the results of the fight against poverty,we m ust accelerate the establishment of a long-term mechanism to resolve relative p overty.This article selects the status of the participation of the Smiling Walking Volunteer Association in Mengla County,Yunnan Province as the key research object,and combines the practical experience of other social organizations in p articipating in poverty management,and then analyzes the work results,main p ractices and existing problems of social organizations in participating in povert y management.And causes,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions t o promote the participation of social organizations in poverty governance based on the existing problems and causes.The text is divided into six parts.The f irst part mainly explains the core concepts and basic theories of social organiz ations participating in poverty governance.The second part mainly analyzes the main situation of domestic social organizations participating in poverty govern ance and the necessity of social organizations participating in poverty governan ce.The third part analyzes the status and effectiveness of participating in poverty management in the Smiling Walking Volunteer Association in Mengla Count y,Yunnan Province.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and reasons of participating in poverty management around the present situation of the Smi ling Walking Volunteer Association in Mengla County,Yunnan Province.The fi fth part analyzes the practical experience of other social organizations in China in participating in poverty governance,and summarizes the experience and ins piration.The last part addresses the problems and causes of social organization s participating in poverty governance,and proposes countermeasures and sugges tions for the participation of social organizations in poverty management in Ch ina.Practice has proved that compared with the government's main body of poverty governance,social organizations have their own unique advantages.Social organizations provide a large amount of poverty governance resources,and at the same time,they can naturally direct resource allocation to the most optimized,and promote charity The altruistic spirit has effectively complemented the government's poverty governance.Therefore,in order to comprehensively advance the modernization of social governance and win the battle against poverty,we must give play to the active role of social organizations.
