A Study On The Rural Governance Mechanism Of Niujie Town In Shiping County

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which provides an important direction for the development of rural areas.Rural governance should focus on the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life,and finally achieve good governance by building a perfect governance system of "autonomy,rule of law and Moral Governance".At present,with the poverty alleviation in the majority of poor areas,how to consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation through improving the rural governance mechanism,gradually realize the Rural Revitalization in the majority of rural areas,and help to achieve the "two centenary goals" is an important problem that needs to be explored and solved urgently.Based on the theory of coordinated governance and sustainable development,this paper selects Niujie Town,Shiping County,which is just out of poverty in the western border area of Yunnan Province,as the research object.Through field survey and questionnaire analysis,the problems in the current rural governance mechanism are sorted out,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the advanced experience of the operation of the rural governance mechanism at home and abroad is used for reference Niujie town should constantly improve the rural governance mechanism from improving the rural governance mechanism of the grass-roots township government,strengthening the leading mechanism of rural governance of the "two committees" of the village,strengthening the mechanism of rural governance participation of social organizations,building the linkage mechanism of public service supply and improving the linkage mechanism of rural ecological governance,so as to promote rural governance to good governance.This paper mainly studies the rural governance mechanism of Niujie town from four parts.The first part describes the theoretical basis of rural governance and governance mechanism.The second part analyzes the current situation,problems andcauses of the operation of the rural governance mechanism of Niujie town in Shiping County.The third part draws on the advanced experience of domestic and foreign rural governance mechanisms.The fourth part focuses on promoting the further development of Niujie town in Shiping County Countermeasures to improve the rural governance mechanism.
