Study On The Influence Of Government Satisfaction And Political Efficiency On Government Trust

The government transformation movement in western developed countries began in the 1980 s.Under the influence of the new public management concept,the functional orientation of the government began to change from the original government of the arrangement to the government of service,and the organizational structure changed from the top-down bureaucracy with distinct hierarchies to the decentralized system of power and responsibility matching.Countries have put forward the goal of establishing a service-oriented government,based on the reconstruction of the relationship between the government and citizens,emphasizing the governance concept of taking citizens as the center and the government's responsiveness to the public's needs.The satisfaction of citizens with the government has increasingly become an important realistic indicator to evaluate the government.Since the 1960 s,western developed countries,represented by the United States,have generally suffered from a sharp decline in government trust and a crisis of continuous decline.However,the sense of political efficacy involves the citizens' cognition of their own political influence and the government's responsiveness.As one of the indicators to test the citizens' political ability,it gradually attracts more and more attention.Under such research background,this article through the empirical way to civil government satisfaction and self-efficacy of political trust in government was studied,the influence of the corresponding hypothesis is proposed on the basis of a lot of reading literature,on the basis of the recovery of 432 copies of questionnaire data,using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis,to explore the satisfaction and the political influence self-efficacy of different dimensions of government trust mechanism of action,and whether political self-efficacy in the satisfaction of the influence of the government trust play a regulatory role.The main findings of this paper are as follows: first,citizens' satisfaction with the government positively affects their trust in the government.In this paper,citizens' satisfaction with government is divided into three aspects: satisfaction with government performance,satisfaction with government staff and satisfaction with government work style.It is found that citizens' satisfaction with the government's work performance,staff and work stylecan significantly positively affect their trust in the government.Second,the public's external political efficacy positively affects their trust in the government.Political efficacy can be divided into two dimensions: internal political efficacy and external political efficacy.The research results of this paper show that only the public's external political efficacy has a significant positive impact on government trust,while the internal political efficacy has no significant impact on government trust.Third,the moderating effect of citizens' political efficacy on government satisfaction on government trust is not obvious.This study enriched the satisfaction,political efficacy of government and government of trust and the relationship between the three aspects of theoretical research,and from the performance of government work,improve the quality of government workers and form a good government work style to enhance citizens' satisfaction to the government,from the perspective of strengthening information disclosure and strengthen the government response to sexual self-efficacy to improve citizen's politics,starting from these two aspects to improve the citizen's government trust provides countermeasures and Suggestions,has a certain practical significance.
