Since entering the 21 st century,with the deepening of population aging in China,the number of disabled and sick elderly is also increasing.The long-term separation of medical and pension services has been unable to meet the diversified pension needs of the elderly.By integrating the existing medical and elderly care resources with the elderly care model,we can provide one-stop and all-round services for the elderly in the aspects of life care,spiritual comfort,disease diagnosis and treatment,rehabilitation care,etc.,and under the promotion of the "healthy China" strategy,as a new measure that has an effect on the aggravation of the aging population,it has developed rapidly.However,due to the short time of developing the mode of combining medical care with pension in China and the integration of different fields,and the imperfection of the government regulatory mechanism,there are a series of problems in the supervision of the mode of combining medical care with pension,such as the overlapping,repetition and blank of supervision,resulting in the disorder of the market order in the field of combining medical care with pension.This article uses research methods such as literature analysis,comparative analysis,and cross-analysis.Based on a preliminary understanding of the meaning and content of the basic theory of the mode of combining medical care and pension,and makes an in-depth study of the problems existing in the field of combining medical care and pension supervision,and analyzes and summarizes the medical care in China from the perspectives of regulatory legal system,regulatory subject's authority,regulatory content and mode There are common legal problems in the regulatory mechanism of the pension combination mode,including the imperfection of the regulatory legal system,the unclear regulatory authority,the lack of communication and cooperation,the imperfection of industry standards such as quality evaluation,and the lack of external supervision.These problems result in low regulatory efficiency,thus affecting the efficient operation of the pension combination mode.In contrast,the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan have established a set of mature system and regulatory mechanism in long-term care to provide a full range of long-term care services for their elderly population.Therefore,China should learn from foreign practical experience,combine with its own situation,start from the common problems and loopholes in the supervision,improve the legal norms of the supervision in the field of combination ofmedical care and maintenance,clarify the authority of the supervision department through legislation,supplement and improve the inspection standards such as quality evaluation,standardize the service supply of institutions,introduce the third-party evaluation mechanism and make full use of the information technology means,from And realize the effective supervision of the mode of combining medical care with pension.
