A Study On The Improvement Of Neighborhood Relations In The New Rural Residence-Transfer Community Involving Social Work

As an important factor for the nutrition of people's livelihood and social stability and development,neighborhood relationship has been the subject of many scholars since ancient times.Due to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards,the urbanization process has been advancing continuously.Therefore,villages in the past have been decreasing,and a large number of new rural communities have started to appear.The establishment of the community,for the former residents living in the village,the way of living has changed greatly,a new rural residents to live in the community brought a lot of trouble.Among them,the most important thing to be solved is that after the residents living in the former village move into the new rural residential community,the neighborhood relationship of the residents becomes gradually indifferent,and the communication between the neighbors gradually reduces,and the communication forms tend to be superficial,and the residents feel the difficulty ofIII emotional integration in the community.Close neighbors are worse than distant relatives.Residents began to like to stay in their own little world,outside things seem to have lost their appeal.Neighbors become more and more indifferent to each other,and even neighborhood conflicts emerge one after another.After knowing this situation,it is hoped to improve the neighborhood relationship of the new farm-to-house community by combining the group working method and community working method in social work,through the questionnaire survey to understand the status of the community and neighborhood relationships between situation,find the crux of the problem,and then through the intervention of social work to improve relations between increasingly indifferent neighborhood.To help community residents realize the importance of neighborhood mutual assistance,improve the sense of identity of residents to the community,enhance the cohesion of the new rural residence-transfer community,and improve the sense of belonging of the residents of the new rural residence-transfer community.Corresponding to the national call to build a harmonious and friendly new rural residential community.
