Township government officials directly face the people and shoulder the responsibility of implementing the central government's major policies and policies directly in the vast rural areas.Nowadays,there are few studies on the job satisfaction of public officials at the township level in the human resource management of government departments.Only by paying attention to the status quo of township government work can we drive the satisfaction of the whole grass-roots masses with their satisfaction and drive the development of the whole new countryside with the efficient play of government functions.Based on villages and towns public officials the grassroots community,mature at home and abroad and referring to job satisfaction questionnaire,compiled the zhanhua area public employees job satisfaction questionnaire,selection of shandong binzhou city zhanhua area,the township government officer for respondents,adopt the method of questionnaire investigation and statistics of zhanhua area town of 235 civil servants at the grass-roots level in the study of job satisfaction,identify and discuss the differences of different demographic variables in different dimensions and impact.Through the above study,the demographic variables of gender,age and degree of zhanhua area township civil servants job satisfaction have influence,marital status,age,administrative level had no significant effect on job satisfaction is,to put forward to strengthen the work motivation,improve the system of salary,benefits,improve the corresponding countermeasures of grassroots civil servants working environment,thus specific solutions of zhanhua area the township public servants.It is hoped that this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for the satisfaction study of other grassroots public officials in China,and contribute to promoting regional economic development,maintaining the image of grassroots government,and promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside.
