In this paper,the case of the civil service job satisfaction A regional discipline inspection and supervision units were studied through literature review summarizes the factors that affect job satisfaction in three ways:job characteristics,organizational identity and role conflict in the concept of job satisfaction and its related factors of definition,research status,components and other detection methods are summarized,the emphasis on discipline inspection and supervision of civil servants a regional unit of analysis of job satisfaction.Throughout the study,a total of 222 questionnaires,build job satisfaction and related factors of scale,and test the reliability and validity of the scales,and then using the basic statistical analysis method to recover the data,such as descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,regression analysis,and describes the status of civil servants of satisfaction with the work,followed by discussion of the relevant factors influencing job satisfaction influence the situation.Research indicates:(1)grass-roots civil servants questionnaire discipline inspection and supervision unit A region including the three categories of job characteristics,organizational identity a category,a category role conflict,job satisfaction five categories,a total of 38 questions.Research and testing by examining,good reliability and validity of the results.(2)discipline inspection unit features three categories of civil servants is different,work intensity,in the medium to high level,strict work requirements,at a high level,autonomous decision-making capacity is weak,at a low]evel;strong organizational identity,in a high degree;role conflict is moderate.(3)civil servants are quite satisfied with the work of discipline inspection and supervision,in a high degree,in which the work itself most satisfied,followed by colleague satisfaction,intercourse satisfaction and promotion satisfaction,and finally reward satisfaction.(4)personal attributes significantly affect the job satisfaction of civil servants,which significantly affect the age and length of service satisfaction promotion,education significantly affect the communication satisfaction.(5)discipline inspection and supervision unit of civil servants characteristics significantly influence job satisfaction,which work requirements significantly affect the work itself satisfaction and promotion satisfaction,intercourse satisfaction and colleague satisfaction,work intensity significant positive impact on communication satisfaction and rewards satisfaction,a significant positive impact on the decision-making autonomy promotion satisfaction,pay satisfaction,colleague satisfaction,job satisfaction and communication itself satisfaction.(6)organizational discipline inspection and supervision unit of the Civil Identity positive impact on job satisfaction in the promotion satisfaction,colleague satisfaction,pay satisfaction,job satisfaction and communication satisfaction in itself.(7)role conflict discipline inspection unit of the civil significant negative impact on job satisfaction in the work itself satisfaction,colleague satisfaction and pay satisfaction.In this paper,according to the findings raise A basic level discipline inspection unit area of civil servants job satisfaction safeguards,as the relevant government departments and human resources management a valid reference.
