A Study On Satisfaction Of The Government's Purchase Of Home-based Care Services

With the convening of the Two Sessions in March this year,the elderly-care problem has become a hot topic again.With the deepening of aging,plus factors such as " aging before getting rich ",the decrease of the number of children and the weakening of family elderly-care function,China is facing tremendous challenges in providing for the aged.In?such?a?situation,more and more scholars call for timely transformation from traditional?elderly-care mode to the local government's purchase of home-based care services.Taking satisfaction with the services as point?of?penetration,the paper tries to study the implementation effect of Dongying government's purchase of home-based care services,and put forward suggestions to improve the degree of satisfaction.Dongying has achieved good results in the process of government's purchase of home-based care services.But there are also many problems,such as insufficient financial support,uneven social organizations,lag?of?system construction,inconsistent service standards and so on.To further promote government's purchase of home-based care services and improve the satisfaction of the elderly,the paper uses the questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of Dongying government's purchase of home-based care services.By collating the data,the paper establishes a model to research the factors influencing the satisfaction of Dongying government's purchase of home-based care services demand with the help of Logistic regression analysis method.Finally,combining with the problems,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the satisfaction of Dongying government's purchase of home-based care services.
