The armed police force is more dangerous and arduous than other fields and industries,especially grass-roots officers and soldiers often bear more sacrifices and heavy responsibilities,which play an important role in maintaining national stability and security.However,at present,the grass-roots officers in the army often lack the corresponding normative interest mechanism and legal system guarantee,and their special labor can not be scientifically evaluated and reasonably compensated.By studying the incentive system and success of grass-roots officers at home and abroad,combining these experiences with China's national conditions and practical activities,and putting forward effective incentive mechanism and suggestions for grass-roots officers,will provide reference for the follow-up management of the armed police force,has very important significance.Based on the theory of incentive mechanism and the actual case of XX detachment of Guangdong Armed Police Force,this paper studies the incentive strategy.Starting with the existing incentive policies and measures,this paper makes a thorough investigation into the living and working conditions of the existing grass-roots officers of the armed police detachment,collects the basic demands of the grass-roots officers through interviews and questionnaires,grasps the actual ideological trends,and analyzes the existing incentive measures from the aspects of salary,assessment pressure,promotion and social security.The problem.At present,the main problems in the incentive mechanism of the Armed Police Force are that the support mechanism is not perfect,the pressure of promotion is greater,and the army reform has a greater impact on grass-roots officers.From the perspective of the problems reflected,combined with internal and external factors,the paper analyzes the influencing factors.At the same time,according to the actual situation,give the countermeasures to optimize the existing incentive measures of the armed police force,suggest that in the process of army management,pay attention to the close cooperation between spiritual incentives and material incentives,increase the organizational care of grass-roots officers,in terms of logistical support,give more convenience and care to the families and children of officers and soldiers.
