Research On The Problems Existing In State-owned Enterprises Managed By The Banner District Government Of Ordos City

As an important part of China's economic and social development,state-owned enterprises have existed for many years and made important contributions to China's economic development.After the economic system reform at the end of the last century,the state reformed state-owned enterprises from top to bottom.Some were reorganized,some were written off,and some were packaged and sold into private enterprises.At the same time,a number of excellent enterprises emerged.Ordos city as a western China coal as the leading industries of resource-based cities,because of its rapid economic growth,once the national attention,the local famous listed companies,its predecessor was a government or a department of an enterprise,became private enterprises after restructuring,such as the Yitai group in 1998 years ago today or the local government of a coal company,the restructuring of state-owned holding companies,countries account for 63% of the shares,the worker has a 37% stake.In 2001,the government withdrew completely and became a private enterprise.After such economic reforms,Ordos was spun out of many state-owned enterprises,such as today's Ordos Group,Boyuan lianhua and so on.Through observation in recent years,the writer found that the Ordos city in the new round of the state-owned enterprises start,over time,the new government to open more and more enterprises,according to the author work experience,based on the Ordos city each flag area,with the flag belongs to state-owned enterprises as the research scope of government management,from the perspective of government management research each flag district management belongs to the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises.It is the original intention of this study to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper mainly USES the method of literature research,case study and experience summary to study and discuss the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises managed by the banner district government of ordos city.It starts from the relevant concepts,puts forward the problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
