Research On Self-organization Cultivation In Pastoral Aere

The nomadic culture in pastoral areas is the soil cultivated by self-organization of pastoral areas.Pastoral areas in the background of nomadic culture have formed traditional self-organization of pastoral areas.This study takes self-organization theory as the main line and takes asset construction and capacity building as methodology to study self-organization cultivation in pastoral areas.Taking the community of Dengilil pastoral area as an example,qualitative research methods were used for analysis,and data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation methods.Through evaluation and analysis,it was found that the main problems exist are that the pastoral community's ability to use external resources,internal advantages and identification capabilities are low.Therefore,pastoral community social workers should carry out asset construction and capacity building for pastoral communities and self-organization in pastoral communities.In the research process of pastoral area social work to cultivate pastoral area self-organization services,pastoral area social work faces multiple difficulties from social work itself,pastoral area social work integration dilemma and pastoral area self-organization dilemma.The self-organization credibility is low,so according to the plight of the pastoral area social work involved in the pastoral area self-organization cultivation provides a certain feasibility and practical suggestions.Based on the research,during the process of building the pastoral community through the grassroots administrative system,the grassroots administrative system gradually dominates,resulting in a lack of investigation of the actual situation of the pastoral community.Can not truly meet the needs of herdsmen.Therefore,the participation of herdsmen,the cultivation of self-organization in pastoral areas,and the intervention of social work in pastoral areas have gradually become the key forces to promote the development of pastoral communities.In this study,based on the assets and capabilities of the community in the Dungela pastoral area,combined with the nurturing experience of the urban community social organization,the rural community mutual aid group and the herdsmen's cooperative,a practical model that is consistent with the self-organization and cultivation of the community in the Dungela pastoral area is designed.The community's dairy food self-organizes to implement specific programs.This study makes a macro analysis and summary of the problems and dilemmas of pastoral area social work involved in the self-organization of pastoral areas,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Combine the professional advantages of social work in pastoral areas with the administrative power of the government,link the resources inside and outside the pastoral communities,cultivate self-organization in pastoral areas,and promote the construction of pastoral communities.Although this study has not cultivated the pastoral community and pastoral self-organization in an all-round way,it has improved the self-organization ability and enthusiasm of the pastoral community to a certain extent,and has certain reference significance for the practical process of pastoral community social intervention in the pastoralself-organization.At the same time,it reflects the professional value of social work in pastoral areas.
