Last few years,online and offline reports on campus bullying incidents have become very common.As public opinion continues to ferment,it has caused physical and psychological harm to the bullied,and it has also seriously affected the normal teaching and working order of the school.Governing campus bullying behaviors,co-constructing campus anti-bullying prevention behaviors,and formulating relevant campus anti-bullying laws and regulations have become important social issues.Students in the developmental stage of adolescence have an unsound knowledge structure,limited ability to understand,bear and analyze things,and weak psychological endurance and stress resistance.To a certain extent,the campus has become a "severe disaster zone" where bullying incidents frequently occur.Campus bullying must arouse the attention of all sectors of society.At present,the governance of campus bullying in our country mainly relies on the government’s leadership.This article uses the theory of collaborative governance to try to study the prevention and control strategies of campus bullying from the perspective of multiple subjects.The research goal of this thesis is to explore ways to prevent and control school bullying,which mainly revolves around the cooperation between the government and schools,families,communities,public security,procuratorate and judicial departments,and then proposes prevention strategies.The article first expounds the concepts and theoretical basis related to campus bullying,and clarifies the feasibility of using collaborative governance theory to study the governance of campus bullying.Secondly,it investigates and analyzes the governance status of campus bullying.Then,through the investigation and analysis of the status quo,it further studies the problems and their causes in the process of campus bullying governance from the perspective of collaborative governance.Finally,based on the theory of collaborative governance,from the perspective of dividing the responsibilities of the main departments,improving the collaboration between the main bodies,and promoting benign interaction,it puts forward specific ideas on how to improve the governance of campus bullying.The theory advocates that multiple subjects cooperate with each other,through mutual communication and coordination to achieve the integration of mutual interests,so that the different roles of each subject can be brought into play.By improving the execution capabilities of different subjects,the mutual cooperation of resource sharing modes is realized,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing school bullying.At present,there are various problems and shortcomings in the governance of campus bullying in our country.This article believes that the government plays a vital leading role in the governance of campus bullying in our country.It formulates relevant laws and regulations,regulates the rights and responsibilities of various governance entities,establishes a relationship of mutual trust based on mutual cooperation,and realizes mutual complementation of functions.When the incident of campus bullying triggers public opinion,the government must immediately investigate the incident,quickly detect the public’s response to the incident,and actively mobilize multiple governance entities to jointly respond to campus bullying. |
