A Study On The Management Problem And Countermeasure Of Sergeant Team

Sergeant system reform since 2009,with an increase in the number of officers selected,military personnel structure also changed larger,Sergeants become the troop's construction of an important backbone role.Sergeant team construction quality,directly affects the force of the comprehensive construction.Therefore,how to build,manage and use well the team,give full play to the role of team officers in the army modernization,is a very urgent and realistic problem.This article analyzes the importance and existing features of the sergeant team to grassroots' units.The current sergeant team plays an important role in the construction of the grassroots' units,which is the bond between the soldiers,the base of combat power,the core of armament employment,maintenance and management.While the present team shows features of a clear individual pursuit,but an insufficient aspiration;skilled work ability,but a low educational level.This article discusses the problems the problems and internal causes of the current sergeant team.It analyzes the status quo from thoughts,work,life,marriage,retreat and resettlement,and tries to discover reasons behind from the external environment,the military management and the team itself.This article puts forward the measures to solve the problems of sergeant teams.In view of the existing problems,we need to establish a good mechanism to consolidate the sergeants,and need to strengthen the system management to make it fully play a role,but also need to focus on strengthening the quality of sergeants,and deeply concern about life of sergeants.This article discusses the suggestions on the reform of sergea nt management to better play the backbone role of the sergeants in the military reform right now.
