Research On The Quality Management Of Personnel Training For Communication Sergeant

Future warfare is modernized war led by informationization. Military communication is the indispensable foundation and support of information construction of our army. With the rocketing development of information technology, modern military communication has become systematic networking communication, with the coexistence of multiple methods, multiple appliances and even multiple networks. Communication sergeants, in charge of the operation and maintenance of communication equipments, are the important force in information construction and information warfare of our army. The present sergeant troops construction is far from satisfactory, therefore, it becomes an urgent research subject how to improve the quality management of communication sergeant training and how to construct a qualified sergeants troop.This article falls into five parts, making a rather systematic research on this subject. The first part states the relationship between military communication and information construction of our army; it also lists the function of modern communication sergeant in military communication. In this part, the author makes a survey of the state of quality management research of sergeant training in both domestic and foreign perspectives. Furthermore, this part introduces the contents and framework of the article, as well as the significance and practical value of this research. The second part brings forward the basic theories applied in this project, such as social survey and statistic analysis, linear regression analysis, evaluation, ranking analysis and stimulating theory. The third section, is the nuclear of this article, firstly, it sets up the quality management system model of modern communication sergeant. Then it makes an optimizing design for the quality standard, educating contents, teaching affairs, and didactical logistics of sergeant training. By adopting the basic theories introduced in section II, the author conducts effect-test of the quality management and analyzes the influences of the above-mentioned didactical factors on quality of sergeant training. In the fourth part, the author makes a preliminary probe from a macro perspective, on the quality of source of communication sergeants, which greatly influences and restricts the quality of modern communication sergeant. The last part is the conclusion of this article.
