Reserch On The Prevention And Control Of Significant Conflict Between The Police And People

Nowadays, our country has been in the period of constructing harmonioussociety in all fields. With the country continuously enforcing the Opening revolutionpolicy and constantly conducting economical revolution, great changes havehappened to social environment for Chinese People Armed Police Force. However, asChinese People Armed Police Force increasingly get connected with local authorities,the concept of interest is deepened for both of two sides, leading to a worrying trendthat disputes between ordinary people and the Force break out in various kinds offorms and for diverse reasons. Though this dispute should be classified ascontradictions among people, it is still worth noticing. It is special in essence and inpolitic with great impact, so this dispute always is involved with efforts of the Force,leaving negative influence of the safety as well as stability of the Force and enormouschallenge for peaceful development of the Force. Facing the present situation andchallenge, we must keep pace with the time and seize any chance. Thus, we shouldtake the action of averting and controlling the dispute between public and ChinesePeople Armed Police Force as a long term tragedy to promote the Force securedevelopment and accelerate the complete construction of the Force. While, majordisputes between the two parts have become one of the social problem from diversereasons. From the aspect of the Force, problems in administration is one of thereasons.This article analyses averting and controlling the dispute between public andChinese People Armed Police Force in the construction of the Force itself from fiveaspects.The first part is foreword. This part is meant to analyze background andsignificance of this research. It introduces present domestic studies, illustratesapproaches and mentality. Part two explains present situation and trend of relationshipbetween the public and the Force mainly from five aspects: behaviors, reasons ofissues, damages,participants and society influence. Part three focuses on analyzing formation of major disputes between the public and Chinese People Armed PoliceForce. It mainly analyze the reasons from outer and inner part. Content in part fourlies in the strategies of averting and controlling this kind of disputes, which resultfrom the following aspects: culture construction of police office about safety, furtherstudy, establishment of departments, importance of legal construction and educationaltraining. The last part, part five talks conclusions and expectations, summarizing theoverall passage.In recent years, the Force has gained much valuable experience in the part ofaverting and controlling the disputes between public and Chinese People ArmedPolice Force, but few present study realizes the importance of study this problem frothe angle of administration in the Force itself. It is not only shown from the results ofstudies but also from practices. Some leaders and relevant departments do not payenough attention to it so that comparatively serious weakness about averting andcontrolling the dispute between public and Chinese People Armed Police Force existin the Force. Therefore,analyzing the ultimate reason and discussing strategies fromlevel of administration in the Force not only can ensure safety and stability of theForce but also meet requirements of its development and become an important issueof the administration in the Force for the new time as well.
