The rapid development of economy and society and the improvement of civilization,on the one hand,promote the vigorous development of charity,on the other hand,put forward higher and higher requirements for the operation and management of charity institutions.One of the important aspects is the professionalization of charity practitioners.Based on combing the social division of labor theory,government intervention theory,scientific management theory,human resources management theory,on the basis of relevant theories,such as about the present situation of changsha charity workers,professional did a questionnaire survey,covering by investigators of the age,sex,educational,professional,and fixed number of year of the charity work,the degree of investment in charity work,hiring and training,performance appraisal and compensation management,organizational culture construction and so on nine big dimension,grasp the first-hand information,and introduces the American New York,London,England,guangzhou,Shanghai charity workers,professional experience,On the basis of field research and domestic and foreign experience,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the professionalization of charity practitioners in changsha,and puts forward the following opinions:First,charity workers,professional is a comprehensive project,in theory,the need to mobilize the social division of labor theory,government intervention theory,the theory of scientific management and human resource management theory and other interdisciplinary theory in the service of the professionalization process,in practice,the need to society,government,charities,the employees work together and do their job and cooperate with each other.Only each link can connect with each other,can form the overall effect.Second,charity has stronger public attribute and positive externalities,the responsibility of the government has a responsibility,even free markets in Britain and the United States government is actively play a role,as a socialist country in China,more emphasis on the collective ideas and dedication,governments at all levels shall actively guide and support the development of a local charity,to shoulder their own shall bear the responsibility,play a proper role.Thirdly,human resource management plays a key role in the professionalization process of charity practitioners.Specific measures can be taken from the design andimplementation of management system,personnel recruitment and training,performance appraisal and salary management,organizational culture construction and other dimensions.These dimensions are the major obstacles to the professionalization of charity practitioners,and also the focus of improvement and improvement.
