Research On The Path Of Rural Governance Talent Team Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization clearly points out that talent is an important resource that cannot be ignored,especially in the rural grassroots governance of township and town party and government talents,college students and village officials,village party organization leaders,rural social work talents,rural management talents and rural legal talents.The state attaches more and more importance to the development of rural economy,social culture and ecology,which makes the construction of rural governance talent team more important.However,at present,there are many defects in the construction of rural governance talents in underdeveloped areas of China.Although the construction of China's rural governance talent team has achieved results,there are still problems such as insufficient scale,inadequate implementation of policies,insufficient publicity,poor work coordination,and insufficient practical operation ability,the main reasons for which are that the policy attraction is not strong,the assessment and supervision mechanism is not perfect,the degree of attention is not high,the leadership is not enough,and the training is insufficient.Therefore,strengthening the training of rural governance talents and building a high-quality rural governance talent team is a key step for China to carry out.This study takes the construction of Rural Governance Talent Team in China as the research object,analyzes the internal relationship between rural revitalization and rural governance talent team construction,and clarifies the necessity of rural governance talent team construction under the background of rural revitalization.Through the analysis of the policies and measures for the construction of the rural governance talent team in Jilin and Jiangsu provinces,the existing problems in the construction of the rural governance talent team in China are found out,and the main causes of the problem are sorted out.Finally,from the aspects of internal institutional mechanisms and external environment,we put forward path suggestions to provide practical reference for better building a team of rural governance talents.
