Prevention And Control Of Hidden Fire Of Electric Bicycle From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Electric bicycle usage is convenient,and economic and environmental benefits is higher,in recent years has become an important traffic tools,the majority of residents travel choice e-bike more and more people,but in terms of use and management of electric bicycle,fire hazard is more,in case of fire accident,will cause serious casualties accident,and large economic loss,therefore,Electric bicycle fire hazard prevention and control must be strengthened.The necessity of comprehensive management of fire hazards of electric bicycles lies in that it is not only the internal demand of improving the happiness of the masses and optimizing the living environment,but also the demand of government safety control and realizing social co-governance,co-construction and sharing.In order to further analysis of the electric bicycle fire hazards prevention and control problems,this paper takes dongguan G town as an example,the comb from three aspects of national,provincial,municipal relevant policy,on the basis of in-depth discussion from the perspective of public governance electric bicycle fire hazards prevention and control of the status,problems and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper holds that the main characteristics of fire hazard in G town are the large number of electric bicycles,the large number of "three small" places,the wide area and the dense rental houses.Although the local government departments to take positive measures,has achieved some success,from the perspective of public governance problems remain to be solved urgently,including the government as a single governance body effect is not significant,unqualified electric bicycle car on the market,more people in the process of using electric bicycle safety consciousness is not high.In this regard,this paper puts forward targeted solutions,the government level,not only to improve the relevant laws and regulations,but also should strengthen the strict enforcement of the law,and do a good job of publicity,education and guidance;The enterprise level,should take the law as the yardstick,enhances the electric bicycle standard production;At the level of all sectors of society,on the one hand,the media should strengthen news publicity,on the other hand,the public should play the function of supervision and reporting.It is hoped that this study can provide some practical management ideas for the prevention and control of electric bicycle fire hazards in China.
