The Research Of Suzhou S District Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organization About Internal Supervision

Discipline inspection and supervision organ is a full-time specialized organ for anti-corruption work,which exercises supervision power,inspects and guides the openness of government affairs and corrects the unhealthy practices that damage the interests of the masses.Since the eighteen,our country has paid more and more attention to anti-corruption work.No matter "tiger" or "fly",it has been tied up by Party discipline and national law.In the nineteen big middle of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the struggle against corruption is still on the road,and we must stick to it.At the same time,the position of discipline inspection and supervision organs has also been improved,the power of supervision has become more and more powerful,the scope has become more and more extensive,and people's attention has naturally become higher and higher.However,it is worth warning that there are still some discipline inspection cadres who have been investigated and punished for their own violations of discipline and laws,such as Deng liangbo,former Secretary of Qingyuan Discipline Inspection Commission,pan Fuzhong,Secretary of Changhai County Discipline Inspection Commission of Dalian city and other discipline inspection cadres who have violated discipline and laws,which makes people question whether discipline inspection and supervision organs can supervise themselves well.In this regard,general secretary Xi Jinping also stressed the need to solve the problem of internal supervision of discipline inspection and supervision organs,solve the problem of "black light",and create a "self hard" discipline inspection and supervision team.This paper focuses on the internal supervision of discipline inspection and supervision organs in S district of Suzhou.Based on the theory of public management,it fully combines the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and normative research method,so that each method complements each other.Then,according to the current situation of internal supervision of discipline inspection and supervision organs in S district of Suzhou,it mainly finds out the supervision subject,institution setting,supervision system and supervision.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions,such as clarifying the responsibility of the supervision subject,improving the internal supervision system,enhancing the relative independence of the discipline inspection and supervision organs,and strengthening the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team.Based on the research of the internal supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision organs in S district of Suzhou,this paper provides some reference for the further reform of the internal supervision system of discipline inspection and supervision in China.
