Investigation On The Present Situation Of Social Security Governance In Hunnan District Of Shenyang City

Maintaining the sustained stability of the overall social situation is the basic demand of Chinese people for better lifes,the basic yardstick to measure the modernization of the governing system and ability of the government,and the prerequisite and basis of the development of the Communist Party of China.Especially,China's economics and society develop rapidly,and in this important stage,both dealing with the relationship between reform,development and stability,and ensuring a good all-round social security governance is of great significance to ensure building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the goal of modernization.This paper takes Hunnan district of Shenyang city as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature,investigation and statistical analysis.Conducting questionnaire survey and interview survey on the current situation of the social security governance in Hunnan district,this paper deeply analyses the factors of influencing the present situation of the social security governance in Hunnan district,and puts forward several strategies for solving the problems of social security governance in Hunnan district.Firstly,considering the literature researches at home and abroad,the scope of social security governance determined by the Central Political and Legal Commission,and the social situation of Hunnan district,the writer designs the questionnaire and the interview outline.Secondly,after testing the reliability and validity of the predictive questionnaire,a formal questionnaire is issued and the data are sorted out.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire data,the writer uses SPSS,a statistical analysis software,from six aspects of attacking,prevention,education,management,construction,and transformation to find out the existing problems of the social security governance in Hunnan district.Then,combined with the interview content,from three aspects of institutional mechanism,social awareness and work innovation,thie writer analyzes the reasons affecting the social security governance in Hunnan district.Finally,using the theory of holistic governance,the writer puts forward four specific strategies to improve the social security management in Hunnan district,such as establishing a scientific and rational working concept,improving the multi-participation working system,optimizing the social security management environment,and innovating the social security management methods.This paper adopts questionnaire from recidents living in different subdistrict offices in Hunnan district,and interviews to leaders and colleagues of social security management in Hunnan district.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward corresponding strateges in order to further improve the prevention and control system of social security and improve the comprehensive service security under the new situation and new tasks.It also provides reference for Hunnan district to do a better job in social security management.
