Investigation And Improvement Of Public Service In Neighborhood Center Of Suzhou Industrial Park

The neighborhood center model of Suzhou Industrial Park has a strong demonstration significance in the practice of building community public system.This model constructs a full-functional community service system including government public service,market business service and social public service.The neighborhood center of Suzhou Industrial Park is constructed and optimized by reference to the neighborhood center model of Singapore,which is still in a running in period in terms of its development process.It is necessary to combine the valuable experience of Singapore's urban development with the relevant current situation of Suzhou,so as to make the mode "localization",which is still relatively lacking in terms of the supply subject and largely depends on government investment.The changing social and economic environment has also directly or indirectly affected the public service construction of neighborhood center community.The lack of diversity of public service content,low utilization rate of public service facilities,inadequate function of neighborhood center,insufficient participation of social forces,and lack of sustainability of operation mode in neighborhood center have affected the upgrading and development of neighborhood center,and further construction is urgently needed.Based on the analysis of data reliability and validity,this paper summarizes the problems and causes of neighborhood center public service at this stage and puts forward corresponding supporting policies to promote and improve the neighborhood center public service function.Using relevant theoretical knowledge and referring to the domestic and foreign community public management mode,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the neighborhood center public service,so as to promote the construction of neighborhood center public service and even social public service system in Suzhou Industrial Park,and provide case demonstration for the domestic and foreign community grassroots governance.The research on the public service in the neighborhood center of Suzhou Industrial Park is not only helpful for the upgrading of public service in Suzhou Industrial Park,but also has reference significance for the construction of community public service in other cities.
