Research On The Work Subjects Of Community Corrections

The community correction system in China began in 2003.The community correction system embodies the basic development concept of putting people first and protecting human rights.Implementing a community correction system is conducive to reducing the cost of execution,rational allocation of execution resources,and improving the quality of criminals' reform,promoting the re-socialization of offenders,and promoting social stability and development.The main body of community correction work is an important basis for the orderly and high-quality operation of the community correction system.Systematic research on the main body of community correction work has guiding significance for the actual development of community correction work,and also helps to improve the community correction system and make up for the lack of community correction legislation.This paper mainly adopts empirical analysis method,comparative analysis method and literature research method.Taking A County of Zhejiang Province as an example,it puts forward the improvement suggestions of the community correction work subject and the construction of the legal system of community correction work.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part clarifies the core concepts and basic theories related to the subject of this paper.The second partconducts an investigation on the basic situation of community correction work in A County,and conducts an empirical analysis on the operation of various work subjects in community correction in A county and focuses on the research and analysis of the problems of various subjects in community correction practice.The third part reviews the subjects of Japanese community corrections,focusing on Japan's national community correctional execution agencies and civil society corrections execution organizations,especially discusses the dual-subject enforcement mechanism and the role of the protection department.The fourth part mainly proposes six suggestions for improving the main body of community correction work based on the previous research,and compare the "Community Correction Law of the People's Republic of China(Draft)" with the suggestions on the improvement of the main body of community correction work in the previous article,propose the construction of the legal system for the subject of community correction work.
