The current rapid economic development in our country, rapid progress in social life,social management affairs and administrative work environment has become more andmore complex, so the complexity and difficulty of public management is also rising, whichmeans that the main body of public management, civil servants facing increasing pressure,on the one hand they want to constantly meet the requirements of the masses of publicservice is higher and higher, from the organization and the supervision of the masses, onthe other hand also to solve and handle from family life difficulties and problems, such aspressure situation, in recent years, the civil service by the pressure burden the news of thesuicide, how to effectively guide and alleviate the pressure of work of civil servants is notonly relationship with civil servant’s own health, more relationship with the quality ofpublic service delivery, relationship with the government’s job performance. Even is relatedto the government image. Therefore, we must focus on solving the problem of civil servantsworking pressure.Civil servants as the research object, this paper aims to explore the job stress effectson job performance relationship. On the basis of consulting a large number of literature, incombination with characteristics of civil servants in our country to build the research model,according to the model bold five research hypotheses are put forward. Research hypothesesare mainly expounded their work stress and job performance dimensions, different personalattributes to the existing differences, the relationship between job stress and jobperformance, and job stress and job performance is negative pressure. This thesis conducteda large number of questionnaires, respondents involved in three provinces and cities ofBeijing, tianjin, hebei civil servants, according to the results of the questionnaire, this paperUSES SPSS software to analyze the data. Through the analysis of the final conclude thatwork stress, job performance with differences between different personal characteristics;Civil servant’s overall high work pressure; Civil servants of the highest two pressure sourceis organization operating environment and the mechanism of pressure and the work itself;Job stress and job performance there is a negative correlation relationship; Work stress hastwo attributes, namely, positive pressure and negative pressure, positive play a positive rolein promoting the performance of work pressure, negative pressure have negative and evenhinder the role of job performance.
