Reserach On The Incentives Of Public Welfare Personnel In Nanning City

As a job assistance policy,public welfare positions have achieved good results in helping difficulties employment groups to achieve employment and supplementing the human resources of government departments.In recent years,with the continuous increase of the functions of government departments,more and more public welfare personnel are engaged in administrative assistance or public service work.As an informal form of employment,how to motivate public welfare personnel and how to play a better role has also become a focus of public attention.The new situation has put forward new and higher requirements for the standardized management of public welfare personnel.This paper takes the incentive problem of public welfare posts in Nanning as the research object.Firstly,through the literature and field investigation methods,collect relevant information on the management of public welfare posts in Nanning,and introduce the current operation of public welfare posts.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the basic situation,treatment status,work status and management status of public welfare personnel in Nanning.Try to find out the problems in the incentives for public welfare personnel and analyze the reasons.Finally,based on the two-factor theory and the fair theory in the motivation theory,with reference to the experience of some cities in China,it proposes to improve the policy and regulation system of public welfare posts,improve the salary system of public welfare posts,standardize the management standard of public welfare post personnel,strengthen the education and training of public welfare posts,and broaden the career path of public welfare personnel.Through the study of this issue,this paper provides suggestions for the personnel incentives of public welfare posts in Nanning,and also provides references for research in other regions.
